Blog Post: BizTalk Azure Services–My learning’s 3 (Unable to connect to the specified BizTalk Adapter Service.)

I tried to create a SQL Server Lob target from within Visual Studio and got this error. The URL I was trying to use was http://localhost:8080/BAService/ManagementService.svc/. Some have said to use https://localhost:8080/BAService/ManagementService.svc/ but this caused more errors.
