ESB Toolkit Tip #14: Run devenv.exe to enable the "BizTalk ESB Itinerary Designer" project template in Visual Studio

Since the RTM version of BizTalk 2013 is occasionally the "BizTalk ESB Itinerary Designer" project template not available in Visual Studio 2012 after installing the ESB Toolkit. Several people from the BizTalk community like Brian Loesgen and Colin Meade also experienced this and blogged about it.
